Jammed right out of the box
Bought it this morning and it jammed on T50 staples right away. I would say it batted about .300 but the is only good in baseball.

Works great
I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. This product works great for me. Bought some cable stables to install some led lights under my kitchen cabinets and it worked great. Also used outside to install some security cameras, no problem at all.

Multiple uses, very handy
I am impressed how well it works with each fastener type. It works as advertised. I will mention I do use DeWalt products in this stapler since that is what it was designed for.

Avid Do-it-Yourselfer
Awful Staple Gun, do not buy the 5in1
Over half of my tools are Dewalt, and I've been impressed with the quality and durability of their product for the price point. Many grinders, sawsalls, cordless impacts, and saws have been a workhorse in our shop for decades.

We needed another staple gun to tack up some wires, and made a quick choice between the Arrow and Dewalt.
I figured we'd try the 5in1, as it has the wire guide and power control.

That was a poor choice. This thing doesn't like to load the standard T50 staples, and jambs repeatedly with the T25 cable staples. Unreliable tools don't last in this shop and I will be returning it to buy a dedicated unit.

Now the choice again: go back to Arrow, or try again with a different Dewalt?

Staples JAM every time
I purchased this stapler for its versatility - and it seemed ruggeg and well made. I have it in my truck (I am a contractor) pretty much for emergencies or in a pinch. I have used it maybe 3 times and each time has been a HUGE headache as the staples (T-50) jam all the time! I should have read reviews:-)

Stopped working in....5 minutes
I literally shot 3 staples with this thing before it stopped working. Super frustrating and pain in my butt, held up my job, had to go back to Home Depot to buy a competitor's tool. I like most of my Dewalt tools, not sure how they botched this one so badly. Based on this review thread, they should discontinue this tool until they can figure it out.

Nowhere near usual DeFalt quality
There was about a 200 staple honeymoon period where it mostly worked with T-50 staples. Now I get a random number of staples (between 0-2 for each squeeze. And then the loading apparatus pops open, distributing the remaining staples about the job site.

Tools have to work
Slide pops out while using. To be fair, this is not the first stapler I have purchased with the ridiculous plastic "u" to keep the slide in. I understand "designed to fail", but usually a honeymoon period gives you a bit of use time before the fail. The slide started popping out right away. I would have returned it but I have work to do.
I ticked off an extra star for durability because it looks like it will survive a long throw into the trash can.

The stapler only uses NARROW staples. Does not use standard size staples.

Was great for awhile then
I have numerous Dewalt products I love but I bought this multi tacker at Home Depot and it worked great for awhile, good enough that I recommended it to a friend and he bought one. Shortly after he bought his, mine jammed and the red plastic follower that apparently keeps tension on the staples came disconnected from the spring and now the tool is useless. The spring detached from the tool and I do not see where to reconnect it. Looking back, it may have been the spring detachment that actually caused the jam. At any rate, there are no schematics on the Dewalt web site so it's going in the garbage if I don't get some instructions on reattaching the spring.
