Sweet Compressor
Man I love this thing. Handles my framing nailer with ease. Built 2 decks with it so far and never had a nail undershot due to compression. Great compressor for on the go and the wheels make it easy for any terrain.

Perfect for me
Good buy. A little pricey but I don’t mind paying a little extra for quality tools. I keeps up and works so much better than my old pancake compressor from another company

Piston / Pump went bad - Less than 2 years old
The Compressor worked Great for the first year and a half. Started to hear a rattling noise. Went to the Dewalt Factory and they indicated the Pump and Piston are going bad - Warranty is only for one Year. I would have hoped they Covered Internal failures longer than 1 year..

Everything I could have asked for.
When I was looking to buy a compressor, I was looking for something that would always have more power, functionality, and reliability than I would ever need. I never wanted to worry about whether or not my compressor could handle whatever I needed it to do, from filling up truck tires, blowing off a lawnmower, or running tools. I'm not any kind of power-user, just a diy-er, but I wanted something that was future-proof--I'm a "buy your last tool first" kind of guy. This compressor is exactly what I wanted.
It has a large enough capacity, and fills fast enough, that I've never been out of air. It's simple to use, and reliable. And, even though I've only ever used one hose, it has dual couplers, so there's room for "expansion" of sorts, if I ever need it to do more for me in the future. This compressor is possibly the Dewalt tool that I use the most frequently, with the possible exception of my drill-driver. I've never regretted spending the money on it.

I have this running in my garage. Always fills quickly, and works as it should. I'd buy again.

Was fine but now the gauge blew out and it died.
Used this fairly lightly but now the pressure gauge pegged and the face of the gauge blew right off. I suspect the pressure switch went bad and the safety valve also did not work as designed. Cheap parts. I could have been injured as I was right in front of it and the gauge parts flew right by my head. I will get something else.

Works Great!
Best portable electric compressor I've owned, have it about a year now, I run framing nailers and it has no problem keeping up. It is also reasonably quite compared to the other electric compressors I've owned. I also like how easy it is to move and how compact it is.
