Horrible product (40v battery)
I have now purchased two of the 40v batteries. These batteries cost over $200 a piece and they work well for about 15-20 uses. Then, without warning, they have a connection program with the charger and never charge again. How can Black and Decker sell a 40v replacement battery for $30, and Dewalt average over $200? In my estimation, they need a new product designer and engineers. I guess I'll throw this entire leaf lower away and just go with gas again. Thanks for nothing Dewalt!

Poor battery life and expensive
I purchased this mower last summer and could make it through my small yard in about 1.5 charges. This summer it's taking easily 4-5 charges to complete the yard (lasting 15 minutes per charge). I would not recommend and do not plan on buying another mower from Dewalt in the future.

Waste of time and money
Ive bought the mower/battery combo and this thing lasts only a quarter way through my yard. Pretty disappointed in this product as I have always been a loyal DeWalt man but this battery life/performance is straight trash for the price point.

Great tool
I have purchased 2 of these blowers with the 6.0 batteries. I am a golf course greens keeper and we use these daily for detail work. Blow leaves and grass clippings all day from greens and tees. We love the lower sound of these, no pulling a rope to start. Instant power from the time I squeeze the trigger. I get over 2 hours of constant use out of each charge, which is easily a days worth of work out of these. Will be buying more in the future. No more gas/oil mixing for my crew and blowers not starting.

Battrey life is 1 hr. I can not blow leaves from my yard .
will not last long enough to blow leaves with out recharging. I have a small yard. Can not afford a 2nd battery. While battery is recharging I have to use my shop vac. changed over to blow the remainder of my leaves. Battery takes too long to recharge.
